Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
We gladly accept
refunds and returns within 14 days of shipment. Only UNUSED and
UNOPENED products will receive a refund, less 20% restocking fee. Customers will pay for
shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund. Once an order has been
processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To return a product, please call 800-559-1381 to obtain a Return
Authorization Number. Products returned without a RAN will not receive
a refund.
To cancel an existing order, please contact customer support at
800-559-1381 with your name, order number and a number that you can be
reached at.
If we ship you the wrong order, we will gladly exchange it at our cost
as long as the item is unused and unopened.*
