All FedEx Ground or Home Delivery orders must be placed by December 16, 2010

All FedEx Express Saver or 3 Day orders must be placed by December 20, 2010

All FedEx 2nd Day orders must be placed by December 22, 2010

All FedEx Overnight orders must be placed by December 23, 2010

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME (FOR 2010 HOLIDAY CUTOFF, PLEASE SEE ABOVE)

All orders with a grand total over $79 ship free via USPS First Class within the continental United States.  The charge for orders totaling less than $79 is a flat rate of $4.95 for USPS First Class. Please note delivery time for USPS is 4 to 8 business days depending on location and route conditions; however some customers may experience longer delays. Priority Shipment is between 2 to 6 business days. Please note that the $79 grand total is determined after all discount/rebates have been taken into account. So if your order before the discount is $99, you apply a coupon code for 20% off, you grand total is $78.40 and as such does not qualify for free shipping.

FEDEX RATES AND DELIVERY TIME (FOR 2010 HOLIDAY CUTOFF, PLEASE SEE ABOVE)

FedEx rates depend on location and weight of the shipment. Delivery time for FedEx Ground or Home Delivery is between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location within the United States. Delivery time for FedEx Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight is one business day. Delivery time for FedEx Express Saver is 3 business days.

PROCESSING TIME

Please note that most orders are processed and shipped within 36 to 48 hours; however some orders may take up to 4 or 5 days to be processed and shipped. For items that are out of stock, you will be notified of your order status within 12 to 36 hours.

Please note that the buyer bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods purchased from us once the shipment is placed with the carrier. If you wish your order to be insured, you must select FedEx as delivery method. Our standard insurance amount is $100. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please note that the customer is solely responsible for making sure her/his address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to a wrong shipping address.
